MEET THE OWNER
Rob is an experienced Rail Safety professional with over 30 years’ experience in developing and managing HSQER and Rail Assurance systems including system integration to EN and ISO standards.
He is passionate about the safety of people and believe everyone should return home from work in the same physical and mental condition that they arrived.
Rob has gained a vast amount of international experience having worked in many countries including USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Europe and has learnt to deal with a range of differing standards and cultures.
He has a record of continually improving performance and reducing risk and has held Senior and Director level positions in many companies.
Rob is the the founder and Director of Affective Risk Management Solutions.
